The rise is full of squalene and linoleic acid. Those are antioxidants that help in promotion of the collagen, which is a strong weapon against wrinkles.


The squalene keeps your skin away from all the sun rays and the rice is a great source of gamma oryzanol and vitamin E . The two of them help in reduction of the cholesterol and they also protect our heart.

Ingredients:

– 1 tablespoon milk
– 1 tablespoon honey
– Rice (three tablespoons)

Directions:

Cook and drain the rice. Add the milk (it should be warm) and the honey. Stir to combine. Put the mask on a clean face and leave it to dry completely. Rinse with water. You should use the water where you previously cooked the rice.

In the water there are many antioxidants. You will notice that the skin will be hydrated and the circulation improved. You will eliminate the wrinkles and the inflammation on your face (if any).

You should do the mask once in a week. The results are amazing.
