This Russian expert offers a solution for anybody that has a weak immune system.

You should fill the bathtub with cold icy water every night after a long hard day of work. No hot water should be added. Enter the bath and tap with your feet for only 15 seconds. You can even turn some music on and dance.

After the 15 seconds, use a rough towel to wipe your feet and put on some wool socks. If you repeat this method every day, your immune system will become stronger. Even if you have flu, you can do this method to strengthen your immunity. You should repeat the procedure on every 4 hours if you are struggling with flu and you should use cool water.
