Zebra cake

Bhuma Soneji > ‎Ghar ka khana
My First Attempt to Zebra cake....
Ingredients:
1.5 cups maida
1 cup sugar
1 cup curd
1tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil or melted butter
3tbsp cocoa pwdr
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Milk as per requirement.
Method:
Sieve maida and keep aside
In large bowl mix curd till smooth. Add sugar n mix till it melts. Then add baking pwdr and baking soda n mix til it becomes frothy. Then add melted butter or oil n mix till all ingredients get combined.
Then add flour and mix in cut n fold method.
Separate 4tbsp of batter add cocoa pwdr n mix well if it looks dry then add milk for consistency.
Pre heat oven at 180°c n grease a baking tray.
Now pour some quantity of vanilla batter in center then put cocoa batter in center on top of vanilla batter. Repeat the process till all batter is over. Tap once to remove extra air. Bake for 30-35 mins and check with toothpick or knife till it com3s out clearly.
Let it cool n then cut.
